Calling Associate
Our Calling Associates are passionate about quality and performance in their role. They call on the existing customers of a multi-line agent and set life insurance review appointments. The Calling Associate is the heart of what LifePoint does for our clients. The Calling Associate reports to the Account Manager at LifePoint. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and performance based incentives.
An excellent candidate for our Calling Associate role has the following:
- Experience in phone customer service
- A desire for independent and dynamic remote work
- A strong work ethic and ability to coordinate with a team
